DESCRIPTION:This is an adorable Bichon posing for the camera. He/she sits in the garden on the front of a colorful felted purse. It has an inside pocket and closes with a ceramic button. The measurements are: 12" X 12" X 2.5". The ADJUSTABLE strap has a 23" drop but can easily be shortened.

Stuff it with plastic bags for shaping, and let dry. If wool balls appear on the surface of the purse, snip them off just like you would a wool sweater.
