1. My felted hats are ADJUSTABLE! They fit 20-23 inch circumference head.
2. The hats are adjustable on the inside via a button pull string.
3. Some hats are slightly shallower than others. These shallower hats, labelled "Low Rise", are made for people who may have smaller heads in depth, not just circumference.
